While we're on the subject of stupid acts and lawbreakers...
Kevin Morgan of Petaluma, CA (home of the world wrist-wrestling championship, by the way) was given a $351 ticket for driving in the HOV lane w/ a kickboxing dummy propped in the passenger seat. He had the dummy dressed in a Dolphins jacket and cap.
Would he have gotten away with it if the dummy was wearing a Raiders jacket instead?
