A car that runs on water - uh, I sorta doubt it

Here's a car that Denny Klein (the "inventor") claims can run as either a gas/water hybrid, or on water alone.

Sorta reminds me of the "cold fusion" articles of the late 80s, but it's worth keeping an eye on.
