Listen, I'm all for harsh penalties for criminals, but this is too crazy for words. I don't know that I'd support de-thumbing child molesters, much less dudes with spray paint cans.
Didn't Randall Flagg impose these sorts of punishments in Stephen King's classic "The Stand"? Wasn't that part set in Vegas also? I thought it sounded familiar. The mullahs in Iran might get behind this as well.
I'm a supporter of the "law and order" candidate more often that not, but this sort of story scares the you-know-what out of me.
